Difference Between Strepsils Intensive and Regular Strepsils

While regular Strepsils contain antiseptics (Amylmetacresol and 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol) to kill bacteria, Strepsils Intensive contains Flurbiprofen. This makes it more suitable for severe sore throats where inflammation and significant pain are the primary concerns.

How to Use Strepsils Intensive

• Adults and children over 12 years: One lozenge should be sucked/dissolved slowly in the mouth every 3 to 6 hours as needed.
• Maximum Dosage: Do not exceed 5 lozenges in any 24-hour period.
• Duration: Do not use for more than 3 days.
