Panadol Extra Advance is a high-performance analgesic formulated for the relief of strong pain. It is commonly referred to in Nigeria as the "Red Panadol" or "Red Paracetamol" due to its distinctive packaging. It combines Paracetamol (500mg) and Caffeine (65mg) to provide enhanced relief when standard paracetamol is not enough.
This formulation uses Optizorb technology, which allows the tablets to disintegrate and start releasing their active ingredients in as little as 10 to 15 minutes. Caffeine acts as an adjuvant, making the paracetamol up to 37% more effective at tackling pain.

Dosage and How to Use
- Adults and Children (12 years and over): Take 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
- Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- The film-coated tablets are designed to be gentle on the stomach.
- Wait at least 4 hours between doses.

- Caffeine Sensitivity: Because it contains caffeine, avoid taking it close to bedtime if you are sensitive to stimulants, as it may cause restlessness or insomnia.
