Dosage and Usage Instructions
Shake the bottle well before use.
- Adults and adolescents (12 years and older): Take 5ml to 10ml (one to two 5ml spoonfuls).
- When to take: Ideally 20 minutes to 1 hour after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by your doctor.
- Storage: Store below 30°C and do not freeze. Use within 6 months after first opening the bottle.
