Calgel Teething Gel 10g is a proven, dual-action formula designed to provide rapid relief from the discomfort of teething. Specifically formulated for infants aged 5 months and older, this sugar-free gel works within minutes to soothe sore gums and numb pain.
How Calgel Works
The gel contains two key active ingredients:
- Lidocaine Hydrochloride (0.33% w/w): A local anesthetic that quickly numbs the gum area to relieve sharp pain.
- Cetylpyridinium Chloride (0.10% w/w): A mild antiseptic that helps fight potential infections in irritated or broken gum tissue.
How to Use Calgel Teething Gel
- Clean your finger or a cotton wool pad.
- Apply a small, pea-sized amount (about 0.2g) of Calgel.
- Gently massage the gel onto the affected area of the baby's gum.
- If needed, you can reapply after 3 hours.
- Warning: Do not exceed 6 applications in a 24-hour period. Do not use for more than 7 days per teething episode.
